Work out and Weight loss


Holy crap-oly!

Has it really been 3 months since I last posted? Well, hot diddly damn, here is a new one.

To play catch-up, I haven’t stopped working out, but I did change routines. I did a lot of research on this one first and decided to give it a try. I won’t spill the beans on it just yet, but I’ll give this hint…it involves LOTS of squats.

I did take a 1.5 week break 2 weeks ago due to a groin injury. (Thanks spellchecker! I had no idea groinal is improper grammar.)

Even so, I am loving this new work out and I’ll post some new exciting progress pix here at my halfway point of the program. I was going to post the halfway pix from the last program, but I seriously got bored with it and wasn’t feeling any results. Now I am getting that special results feeling each time I get done working out.

Well, I have come to the end of that first 12 weeks that I started on January 1st. I am posting my results here, but I’m not all that happy with them yet, that is why I am going to start doing the 16-week abs workout. I actually started it two weeks ago, but the final pix and stats you see here are the beginning pix and stats for this new 16 weeks. I’m not going to post every week like before. Simply because it really was too much with everything I have going on. (Kind of why this one is 2 weeks late.)

Without further ado…my stats and pix for the week.

Weight: 200.1lbs (90.95kgs)
Gut: 37.5in (95.3cm)

Well, I got back from my trip to Seattle and got lazy. Not with my exercises, just with the pix and posts. For this week, I didn’t even take the pix and I am posting this WAY late. Anyways…

Here is the start of week 9. I am posting a day early because I am heading to Seattle in about 2 hours and won’t have computer access for a bit. So, here goes.

Stats:
Age: 35
Weight: 200lbs (90.91kgs)
Gut: 37.85in (96.1cm)

Was a better week than the past few…but I still need to do better.

Well, here I am starting week 8. Not a lot of changes as you can see from the pix and stats. One thing of note is this…I am not real sure how well I am going to do this week as I injured not just one of my feet, but both of them. Here is the pix.

See there on the right foot, I got stepped on and on the left foot, I rolled my ankle. How did I do this, you ask? I attended my first ever Karate tournament and placed fourth in fighting. This, is the reasons I might not have a good week working out. Which sux, cause next Sunday I’m headed up to Seattle for a conference.
